1. Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Used or damaged items (not due to shipping)

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us at kawaiitrendse910@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the item and place a new order separately if needed.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
